The app may use menu, pricing, sales, and order information available through your connected Wix account and combines it with cost information that you enter manually.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into MenuProfit, including ingredient costs, packaging costs, other costs, and business assumptions, is accurate and up to date. The accuracy of MenuProfit’s calculations and recommendations depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data available to the app.
4. Profit Calculations and Recommendations
MenuProfit may calculate estimated profit, profit margin, monthly profit, and other performance indicators. The app may also highlight products with low margins, missing costs, weak performance, or potential losses and may provide recommendations for review.
These calculations and recommendations are provided for informational and business-planning purposes only. They are not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and they do not guarantee any specific financial result.
5. Third-Party Platform Data
MenuProfit may access information from services connected to the app, including menu items, variants, prices, sales, and order data available through your Wix account. The availability and accuracy of this information may depend on the connected platform and its APIs.
MenuProfit is not responsible for interruptions, delays, changes, or inaccuracies caused by third-party services.
6. Pricing Simulations
MenuProfit may allow you to test changes to prices or costs before applying them to your actual business data. Simulation results are estimates only and should be reviewed before making business decisions.
7. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to your Wix account and for protecting your account credentials. You must not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to MenuProfit or its systems.

You may use MenuProfit only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the app to violate applicable laws, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems.

13. Termination
You may stop using MenuProfit at any time by uninstalling the app. We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, comply with legal requirements, or enforce these Terms.
